Hospitality
Our apartment has its private entrance,
separated from the one of the main house.
It is composed by a double bedroom, bath, dining room with a sofa
bed and a small useful kitchen.
The furniture is all made with wood of special quality.
It has also a panoramic terrace with view on the beautiful
country side.
The apartment is provided with heating, air conditioning and TV
Sat.
Services included: ordinary final cleanliness, change of linen
weekly and use of the private swimming pool.
Important: on demand is possible to have a payment restaurante
service.

Prices:
The price specified is only for the rental of the apartment and
not for person.
Swimming Pool:
Big swimming pool with Jacuzzy.
Standard rental ( weekly form ):
The standard rental is make in weekly form, from Saturday to
Saturday.
Rental in the Week End:
Week End rental is possible for a min. length of 3 nights.
On July and August the daily price is of Euro 80,00, other months
is of Euro 70,00.
Festive period:
In the festive period of: Christmas, Easter, New Years Day, a
daily price of Euro 100,00 will be applied.
The Holiday in the festive period must have a min. length of 3
nights.
Childrens:
Possibility of third bed, for max. 2 children under 12 years old,
the daily price for each children is of Euro 10,00.
Children under 3 years old will not pay.
Extras:
Any other services not included in the previous list are on
demend.
Restaurant:
On demand is possible to have a payment restaurante service.
